How to “Copy” a Document to an Admin
Step 1: Upload Document
Step 2: Click on the document icon and then ‘actions’.
Step 3: Select ‘copy to user’.
Step 4: Enter the recipient’s email address and click ‘send’ to submit.
NOTE: This will give the recipient the original file. The user will be able to download and edit the original unwatermarked file type (.doc, .xml, .fmx). You will not see the history of what the user does with this document. If you wish to see the history consider giving the user ‘admin’ rights instead of copying the file.
